What TruePlumb Snap is
TruePlumb Snap is a tool that helps you look at, measure and document work from photos. It is in early access. Features described as planned or in design are not available yet.
You stay responsible for the work
- Measurements from photos are estimates. Their accuracy depends on the photo and the reference you mark, and each result shows its measuring error.
- AI notes are suggestions and can be wrong. Checklist comparisons are prompts to look, not code rulings.
- The app does not replace stamped drawings, the engineer of record, the authority having jurisdiction, the building inspector, or a physical tape and level check before you cut, drill or pour.
- You remain responsible for site safety and for following WorkSafeBC and local rules.
Your content
Photos, drawings and notes you upload stay yours (or your client's). You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for your company. Upload only content you have the right to share.
Accounts
Company accounts are created with a sign-up code. The company's admin decides who has access and is responsible for removing people who leave. Keep your password to yourself.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Sightwright is not liable for losses caused by relying on a measurement, AI note or checklist comparison without the checks above, including the cost of rework, delays, or damage to property.
Hardware
Sightwright does not sell hardware. Any description of glasses on this site is a design concept; nothing is certified. Don't attach displays or add-ons to your safety glasses or hard hat.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
